| Rules for unscheduled rows: | |
| If a group wishes to take a boat out of the bay, they must first attend a Friday morning meeting to get permission. | |
| If your goup wishes to take a boat out, within the bay at a time other than your scheduled rowing time, you must first check the schedule board | |
| in the shelter, or the web site, to see if it is available. | |
| a) If both boats are available during the time that you'll be out, call Bev Larson (scheduler) and at least leave a message that you are | |
| taking a boat out. If you do not reach her, or don't wish to leave a message, contact any officer and tell them. | |
| b) If you check the board and only one boat is available, again, call Bev Larson (or an officer) and tell her that you are taking a boat. | |
| Then call the master who is scheduled to row and ask if will be a problem. | |
