Rules for unscheduled rows:
If a group wishes to take a boat out of the bay, they must first attend a Friday morning meeting to get permission.
If your goup wishes to take a boat out, within the bay at a time other than your scheduled rowing time, you must first check the schedule board
in the shelter, or the web site, to see if it is available.
a) If both boats are available during the time that you'll be out, call Bev Larson (scheduler) and at least leave a message that you are 
taking a boat out. If you do not reach her, or don't wish to leave a message, contact any officer and tell them.
b) If you check the board and only one boat is available, again, call Bev Larson (or an officer) and tell her that you are taking a boat.
Then call the master who is scheduled to row and ask if will be a problem.
